Airteam provides different planning data. As each product goes through different processes, our customers do not always receive the products at the same time.
Due to high project volumes, there may be deviations from the delivery times.The specified delivery times refer to projects that are flown by the pilots themselves. Flights carried out by Airteam pilots require a lead time for the coordination and planning of the flight due to the coordination with the pilots.
Fast Fusion 3D model
The Fast Fusion 3D model is usually delivered first. The data is made available within a period of approx. 4-24 hours after uploading the image files to our platform. A message will be sent as soon as the model is available.
Survey report & other planning data (up to 750m²):
The survey report and other planning data will be made available between the 2nd to 4th working day after uploading the data. Here too, a message will be sent as soon as the data is available.
Survey report & other planning data (750 - 10,000m²):
For (very) large projects, the delivery time is usually slightly longer compared to smaller projects. This is mainly due to the larger volumes of data that are processed. The data is usually provided within 5 working days of uploading.
Individual projects (facade, property, large projects, etc.):
Individual large-scale projects of more than 10,000m² and other surveys, have a longer delivery time of up to 7 working days.
