When will I receive the invoice for my projects and how can I pay?

Single projects
In addition to the flat rates, Airteam also offers the option of paying for individual projects. This is particularly interesting for companies that only do a few projects a year, do not want to fly themselves or if projects exceed the limits of the respective flat rate. All our individual projects include the Fast Fusion 3D model and the planning data you need. We offer four simple price packages for the individual projects. Which price package is right for you depends on the size of the building, the amount of planning data required and who is flying the drone.
Invoice
For individual projects, you will receive one invoice after completion of the project. Unfortunately, advance payment and other payment methods are not possible. The price for a project will be displayed when the project is created.
Flatrates
The flat rates at Airteam include different scopes of services. Depending on your needs, you can book the right flat rate. There are various options for payment:
Monthly payment:
Monthly payment is possible via SEPA direct debit mandate or credit card. You can choose your preferred payment option when ordering on the website. Monthly payment also allows you to cancel your subscription with a notice period of 4 weeks to the next month.
(Biennial) Annual payment:
Companies that want to secure Airteam's services directly for a longer period of time can opt for annual payment. This is billed via SEPA direct debit mandate or credit card and directly saves you 2 months of premium payments per contract year. These contracts can be terminated at the end of each contract year with a notice period of 4 weeks in advance. There is also the option of booking flat rates directly for two years.
